Sellsword Twinblade with Crystal Magic Weapon will contentedly tear near the entire game in half for you. Aquamarine Dagger is surprisingly good if you space properly in PvP. GS of Judgement as noted is good. Hollowslayer has an excellent moveset and scales mainly with Dex, and can be buffed

Why on earth would you infuse with anything but sharp on a DEX/INT build? You get high physical damage and the ability to buff

You can, however, generally outclass them up close. And you will get up close much faster if you're not trying to attack until you are up close

As for UGS users, just use a longer ranged spear, or roll/quickstep through their attacks

Go to the Ringed City, it's guaranteed to have high levels running Way of Blue because getting invaded there is basically a death sentence without phantoms to help prevent you from taking too much damage and using your estus up
