For example dota 2 last I played had longer stuns and more dramatic plays ie someone does something you are screwed. LoL seemed to have more skill shot gameplay and is faster.

Hots has hero building during the game which I really like, loads of skill shots and a good pace. Plus objectives and all the popular Blizzard characters with the best graphics. Now they added probably the best loot system ive ever seen.

You realize if you had an 80% win rate, you would climb skill brackets until you are fighting other people who are at your skill level, at which point your win rate would go down to exactly 50% over time.
50% win rate is not "a broken system" it means it's a system that actually works and elevates you when you are too skilled.

Yes that's exactly how it works, the system tries to match together teams that have about the same chance of winning.

So if you have 50% win rate, that means that you're exactly at the rank where you belong. If you wan't to get 60% win rate, and climb, you have to get better. But eventually your win rate will settle at 50%.

When people say "hurr durr i can't climb because forced 50" they're just acknowledging that the system works.
