Isis is not better to inherit over. You put fujin or seijuro over Kush and you'll have that skill up by the time you reach heradra. If you get hephdra you go back to Kush's base skill, which you can then use to tank a hit from lkali if you get her spawn. Plus you have access to dragon killers now. Isis does fuck all for damage.

Sheena could be very useful for future light/dark teams for her active. Currently only leads like Vrtra and Indra can use her, but I would hold on to her as that is a rare skill.

Mel isn't anything special, just another one of many heart makers. Kuvia is also competing with a lot of great fire sub orb changers, and that heart skyfall part is odd. I don't see a use for her personally.

Keep one of each I guess?

she's nothing amazing compared to her activation requirements, but she can clear all the normals which is usually good enough for a starter
she can sub 99% of rainbow teams and she's a great inherit for the remaining 1%; rainbow is a bit falling out from being top tier compared to when radra was the undisputed best leader around but it's strong now too and a good archetype for strong leaders, so no doubt that she'll be useful
