I'm in the process of slathering millions of mods on top of Skyrim from a clean install and I fired it up just to make sure shit was working and it raised an important question.

Is there anything that fixes these fucking shadows? They're infuriating.

And on a mostly unrelated question, I wandered into some place called "Corianne's Cookshop" or something like that. Corianne was behind the counter stirring a pot, but trying to talk to her just ended up with generic NPC lines without even starting dialog. I assume her and her shop was added from the city overhaul or whatever, but did they just dump a shop down that you can't even interact with? That's pretty fucking disappointing.

Status report: Loading up fucktons of gameplay and general mods was time consuming but mindless. The porn mods are making me want to claw my eyes out. Sorry but it's still brown.
I litterally looked the colors on photoshop and it's all really dark ORANGE shade aligned, exactly what brown is really is, a dark shade of orange, so not even blue/purple. So yeah, the diffuse texture probably mess with how it must normally look, "blonde" being next to "yellow " and "orange" in the color spectrum.

ENB's don't change the art style or anything of the game, they only enable graphical features that a game from 2011 should have.

TKRE/Rampage are good, but taxing. NLA is good and okay-ish on performance. Havent used any other ENB's in years.

Pretty good overall, you have really solid writing skills as far as sentance structure and vocabulary selection. I think you've not yet developed a real voice for the character- or at least it's a little bland so far.

I'd suggest asking yourself, why does he write in a journal? Most people don't. Does he have something he wants to remember? They'd he'd include specific details to draw a picture for himself of specific people, places, promises.
Does he want to keep track of magical minutia? He might record everything he eats or all the spells he cast that day. Maybe he grades himself on how many flares he can cast before draining his reserves.
Maybe it's a self study?

In any case, just try to make sure what you write down is always something he would think would be important.

I want to go back. I just don't have the time again now, mostly because of FFXIV. I just do dumb stuff in the little time I do get to play around with this. I still haven't even finished setting everything up the way I want to so that I can start a new game. I was going through all the textures manually and making matching parallax maps for the ones that needed them, and creating custom matching textures to fill in gaps in (mostly) Noble Skyrim. I last left off at Whiterun, which is in the architecture folder tree, which means I had a lot more stuff to look through...
