I've played as Jinx and sure she has the stronger laning phase but unless she has a really good lead she loses late game. Cait has range a plenty and can always out damage with a well timed headshots. Lucian might go even late game with her but he can probably beat her in combat and lane. Once again Kog exists too who I know for a fact scales way harder than her. Unless she has a really strong lead and a good support I always see her getting out scaled.

I spend the fucking first half of the game farming and then afterwards there's no time for me to farm because I have to be in every fight in order to be useful and afk farming after that point won't actually help me as a tank.

He has shit AOE damage, can't delete late-game tanks quickly enough due to his slow as fuck attack speed & reload mechanic, and is a sitting duck for assassins - despite the speed boost in his 4th-shot passive (unless if you're playing a risky build like memespeed Jhin.)

It's one of the reasons he has a 46% winrate. His late game just isn't that good compared to the recently buffed AA hypercarry ADCs. Doesn't help that his items and Deathfire touch mastery were nerfed, either.
