I haven't played Chang'e in months but damn she is fun. Just carried the shit out of a clash game shitting out damage and keeping my entire team alive. Most fun I've had in awhile. What's the best way to build her? I had sands of time > CDR shoes > assclap > regrowth before they surrendered.

how to play with assassins and not fuck everything up? I play mostly with guardians, then when im playing with an assassin i normally get bursted or i just feel too much inscure and stop to chase the enemy and dont do enough damage because i dont want to feed and destroy my team game.

im relatively new to the game, so i dont understand much of situational builds, if someone can give me some links or tutorials i would appreciate it.

Player A is lvl 8, he queues into a lobby with two other players. Player B is lvl 5 and is queued with Player C, who is lvl 6. The game then proceeds to match these two with players that are all level 7.

Most assassins have insane early-mid AA and skill damage, this is intended so you can shut down and support all the other lanes before they level up, turn around and shove your pretty little bumba mask up your ass.

You are not supposed to box any laner, you are supposed to trust your teammates to keep line of sight on the enemy, position yourself behind them (careful of not triggering any of their wards), give them a surprise buttsecks and run away.

You don't even have to kill them, dont commit to a fight that much, if you are low on health, run away and let your laner take care of the rest.

I usually build
Sands of time - Pen shoes - sash/thoth - obsidian - spear of despair - book of the dead (for that extra HP/Power) and then change sands of time for tahuti.

Sometimes I will switch book of the dead for regrowth, if I feel like I absolutely need more CDR

The worst thing in smite is when you win your lane easily as an adc and it seems like smooth sailing towards a win but you're having so much fun you don't realize your solo (which is usually is) is dying over and over and creating an unstoppable monster that will end up costing you the game because not only can we do so much damage to multiple people at once but he's so tanky nobody can kill him.

It's like people don't understand you don't have to attack. It's not actually a requirement. you can die once but if you die twice it's time to just kill minions under tower, ward and farm camps until team fights start happening.

Its funny you say that, because the reverse always happens to me. I'll win my lane in solo and be 3-4 levels ahead of my opponent, feel like I can snowball out of lane, and then I'll look at how the rest of the map is going and wonder why the rest of the enemy team is the same level as me (the answer is normally the mid and/or jungle is 0/5).

Honestly, after next patch it might be worthwhile building Gladiator's Shield second item on him for an early power spike from the stats (I'm still not sold on the passive, but as Ravana is meant to be bullying his lane opponent it can't hurt).

Apart from that, I personally prefer Shogun's Kusari on him fourth item, after Breastplate. Now you need some health, so I'd get Winged Blade, or if it's needed Witchblade. After that you need some more magical protections, you're only just over 100 at the moment, and because you've got over 160 physical protections you can get Bulwark/Pestilence without too much worry (unless you aren't worried about magical damage). After its up to you what you trade your Shield for, I'd go for either Titan's Bane or Qin's Sais normally, or if you need more protections, Spirit Robe or Mantle of Discord is fine.

This is assuming you're playing him in solo, as he can work quite well in jungle now with the buff to his ult.

Sobek is fine in solo, but you have to keep in mind, he's not going to win lane, but if you get Chalice of Mana play it safe, then he doesn't lose it either.

And remember, you've picked him for the set-up, his damage is nice, especially in solo where you have the license to build him more aggressively, but his pluck is the reason for playing him there.

Also, don't forget his ult gives him mana regeneration while charging it, so don't be afraid to pop it to clear wave if you're out of Mana but don't want to back yet, it's not like you'll be using it for more than surviving ganks anyway.

Soul Eater is really underwhelming right now. None of the stats synergise with each other and while the passive seems nice, the only god that can kind of make use of it effectively is Erlang Shen because his passive let's him double proc it. I'd honestly say it's in contention for the title of "Worst Item in Smite Currently."

You pick Traveller's for faster rotations, and if you are constantly looking for poke, which you should be, then you're getting 150 extra gold ever 90 seconds, which is almost enough to get a Sentry Ward and a regular one. The HP5 is nice, but outside of playing Xing Tain I've never got an item for that stat.

I'd normally pick them over Reinforced Shoes, as outside of facing high-CC comps, they don't do enough for me personally, but that's might be down to personal taste more than anything.

Outside of those two there's very little reason to get the other two Shoes on a support, although Shoes of Focus are quite nice on Fafnir, as he already has bonus gold and extra protections in his kit and wants his ult up as often as possible.

Agni works better with a full pen build, with a stacking power one, or a mix between both? I think scaling less than 50% on power seems to me like it works better with just pen but maybe I just had luck in the matches I tried it.

And spear of the magi can remove 50 protections plus the innate 15 pen gives you 65 if you're initiating with your passive up. Compared to gem which is just 33%,against another mage would just be their base defense and maybe a support aura, still not nearly as much as magi.

Your dash also does this but unless its a guaranteed kill its usually a bad idea

1) Since Stone Cutting Sword is a core item on Arachne, you should use just the 2 first, get the stun along with reduced protections, THEN use her 1 so your main (and significant) burst is at its highest damage. (Same with Ichival)
2) You want the one to proc on Heartseeker, so if you say, only have two stacks, you want to web, stun, so you have the now 5 stacks, then 1.
3) You're wasting DoT damage (and losing damage overall) doing the 1 and 2 at the same time.
4) You may take residual damage while getting a stun off, so its better to get the heal off when you're actually damaged, instead of doing it at full health and wasting a heal you may need.
5) It's not too significant damage, but there health will be missing when you just do the stun, so that basic attack along with the one will provide maximum burst if you stun first then one instead of doing both at the same time.
I'd only ever do 1 and 2 at the same time if I only had boots.

Just played my first game as Ganesha and I gotta say I'm underwhelmed.

Mainly because he has the same problem I have with Guardians like Khepri or late game Ares. Too much reliance on my team to get kills. Just had an hour long Clash match because the only person who would ever engage was our Bellona while everyone else would pussy foot around until I blew all my abilities locking someone down. Couldnt take an objective to save their lives. The game was fucking miserable.

Meanwhile if I play Kumbhakarna or Bacchus I'm a threat even with almost full tank build

This some easy shit. Either that or 90% of these people have literally never played a kart racer with drift boost mechanics because these times are fucking embarrassing.

Also the physics is kind of fucky, and while I had fun I'm not getting attached because we all know this shit ain't never coming back.

8/10 on the first few races, but it falls off after that. It's also eerily fucking quiet when you're in lead.

I played enough to get Lap 1 and I find it too boring to bother with. CTF had the same problem. Long time dota player that just hit level 30 in smite. I was wondering if its to late to invest in smite? Did I miss my chance to a growing community? He really needs some CDR with those long ass cooldowns, but I've had really good luck with Watchers > Reinforced > BoV > Thebes > Iso/Renewal > whatever you didnt pick up last > sell watchers for Discord. Maxes out his CDR, his passive makes getting Renewal to pop easy and Iso adds slows to his 1 and 3 while making his ult even more crippling.

Building fatalis first item on Freya works because the way her pulse works.
