Kubo probably could've cut out some fluff from the first invasion and some of the shit going on in the quincy side of things, maybe changed Ichigo going down just to him getting ambushed while up there, etc etc. There's probably alot of things he could've done to speed some things up to get to the ending faster without having to do a bunch of shit like Off-screen fights that we don't know jack about and a bunch of un-tied up plot points like Gremmy's brain.
That said I still wish it went on for longer, just because it was so fun checking in every week to see what sort of stupid shit happened.

Medb is my favourite thing to come out of grand order, and one of my favourite fate characters overall (second behind gilgamesh) but I don't want to waifu her.
