The final boss uses Mana Drain pretty much twice every turn, just use the scythe and attack til it dies. Don't forget to put on whatever ornaments prevents SLEEP and BLIND since his attacks has a high chance of putting you in either state which is annoying as fuck.

Try to fix the dangerously low stat first, then go for high agility since it gives initiative (which helps with not being hit, especially with nasty debuffs like poison) and whatever gives better offense (ATK or MAT) to capitalize on taking the first turn more.
Luck is only good for mad criticals, so I rarely upgrade it since I prefer spellcasters and spells almost never crit.
