Momoka's Haruka Terui has been in the business since 2011 and is streadily getting bigger roles in recent years, even being lauded as one of the actresses to watch out for. Ryo's Haruka Chigusa won the goddamn Macross Singing Contest and has a music career outside voice acting. Kyoko's Atsumi Tanezaki is big on the eroge scene and actually has quite a few roles in anime too. Yuka's Shino Shimoji is core Aikatsu cast. They're hardly no name rookies.

Plus, Scamco has a knack for picking up potential talent. When Uchida got the role of Ranko, she didn't really have much of a name. But now she's one of the more recogbizable names out there. These "no-name rookies" that Scamco picks might be the high rollers a few years down the line.
