Orphan with an abusive/manipulative still living father figure who was aware of (at least some of) that man's actions and how they affected him and people around him but ended up being too blinded by his kinder acts toward him (and feeling trapped due to some reason; threats for Goro, feeling indebted to Madarame for Yusuke) to try to get out of their situation on their own. Yusuke even already started lapsing into some more morally questionable actions (the blackmail bit) for Madarame's sake before finding out what Madarame was really responsible for. But the exact scene you keep harping on about is explained later on - he got too worked up over accomplishing a major task, namely completing what should've been the last preparatory step to ensure he'd be able to carry out his revenge against Shido once the election wraps up (because Joker's death ensures that the PT would be at least temporarily blamed for the berserk- and mental shutdown incidents, thanks to the narrative Shidou sets up around it by manipulating the media). The anime cutscene, while sticking out, is inconsistent with Goro's portrayal in the surrounding scenes (where he's merely eerily calm) and likely the result of the scene being made before they finalized the script, as there's evidence that they revised Goro's part in the plot later in development (several scenes have lines that were added to the corresponding audio banks late, and are generally ones meant to make him more sympathetic like his backstory exposition in the rank 3 scene).

If you want to keep pushing that point, at least bring in new evidence instead of constantly bringing up the same things we've already been over four or five times.
