Once per character with a level 3 garrison, outside your mines will be an instant complete quest for a pet battle stone that will max out a pet to level 25 (but won't increase the quality to rare). Since battle pets are account wide, you can max level as many battle pets as you have characters with level 3 garrisons. Do a 10 at some point to get the weekly mythic 10 chest, but otherwise 7-9 is ideal if you're shooting for warforged/titanforged stuff that's heroic or mythic raid equivalent. Plenty of 890 and higher gear drops around there if you're 3 chesting it

Yes, its pretty bad, but communities always do that sort of retarded shit. I remember even dungeons in a game as casual as Guild Wars 2 had people asking for the best specs with the most top-end gear to enter their groups so that they do some braindead upscaled dungeon from a starting area.

There usually are at least a couple of groups that will take you in, though, there are a bunch of retards but there are also some normal people out there.

870 is such a low ilvl for where the game is right now though. You can buy 880 gear with shards and mythic 0's can drop gear above 870 through war/titanforge. You can buy cloaks and belts on the AH that are 880 or above cheaper since oatch 7.2. Crafted gear has a higher ilvl ceiling for oblit orbs. World quests rewards are significantly higher. You can pug normal nighthold weekly and likely beg for drops people don't need till you can do the same in heroic.

I'd have some empathy if there weren't so many ways to get loot at a lower ilvl. I leveled a fresh ranged dps without outside help to 900 in a month and a half through a lot of time spent on it. You should probably sack up and play the game more before complaining about some shitter's slightly high requirements for a low level keystone.
