I guess that narrows it down to maybe the guy translating Rokujouma or the people on Skythewood (though they mostly work from Chinese) or the people who are now working on Overlord or the DxD guy (though I dropped that years ago and haven't been following). There are probably more but those are the main active LN translators I can think of with lots of volumes under their belts.

Ginharu is really not that good. If you read more VNs you will almost certainly find something you'd rather TL. Ironically you and IrruCo are both scanlators so I guess you haven't read many VNs. I sincerely doubt you've read hundreds of VNs and yet still want to translate GinHaru. There's a fuckload of cozy moege just like it, Amakano for instance is pretty much the same game but significantly shorter. It's not like 99% of VNs are edgy and 1% is ginharu, scared and alone. 75% of VNs are fluffy, cozy moege, and a good number of them are better than ginharu.
