If you're the same anon as last thread, all you can come up with is hard-counters to Red Swords to "prove your point" except that they also hard-counter Lucina as well. Ryoma has a better weapon, better complementing stats and has a free Skill Slot open thanks to said weapon. Hell, even if your argument is oneshotting dragons or some sort of raw attack niche that Lucina can somehow do over Ryoma because of Falchion...Chrom does it better. Hell, Brave Sword+ Chrom is better than Lucina.

So Lukas is the only unit that's worthwhile individually from this banner correct? That HP, Atk, and Def is delicious. I think he'd be amazing with Reposition, Bonfire/Ignis, Brave Lance+, Death Blow/Defiant Def, and Quick Riposte/Drag Back/Hit and Run.

The Lucina vs. Ryoma arguement from the last thread looked at what Ryoma does that is special (though we are about to have Xander with distant counter weapon as well, making Ryoma's niche a bit more contested), now let's look at Lucina's niche.
Falchion and Renewal 3 with either Ardent Sacrifice or Reciprocal aid effectively makes the Falchion users the only healers in the game that can heal AND reliably get kills in this meta. Because of this, they achieve a certain amount of utility that works for them alone.
Cherry-pickers need not apply, there are almost always situations in every fight where a unit just needed a bit more hp to win a trade and get the KO. All of this on top of being able to ignore the downside of Fury.
Ryoma isn't top tier, he just does distant counter better than any other melee because he doesn't have to give up his A-slot to do so.
But I'd still rather have Xander.

Lucina cannot carry a battle the way a properly set-up blade tome will, regardless of color. Since Linde is the best blue mage, that makes her the de-facto best candidate.
You will notice that Ryoma won't carry the way a blade-tome does, either.
Bringing up mages is apples and oranges because of the disparity of power between them and everything else in this game.

Benny literally never dies, especially if you get a hexlock spear, so he's great.
Mozu one shots everything as a sniper with a killer bow, even on lunatic, and is more bulky than you would expect.

She's in tier A since she can hit hard, take defensive hits and comes with a Distant Counter weapon and a Bonfire that takes advantage of her high Defense. If you're not raising her to use on a team, Bonfire and Lightning Breath+ are decent inherits to give to other things though.

Her big issue is that she's slow as shit even compared to other dragons, so if you're not using her in conjunction with Ninian she can take quite a beating. She also can't double Julia as easy as her younger variant, who has a whopping 7 base speed advantage against her and slightly higher res to offset the attack advantage, and thus wins against her in neutral if she can't get Bonfire up in time, which Lightning Breath can cause to happen.
