It really depends on your server. I'll be honest and tell you sub 52 astrologian is suffering because 52 is when you get gravity, your aoe dps spell. PotD will most likely be your best bet. Get to level 50 if you haven't done it once already, and just do 51-60 over and over unless you really need the weapon. That aside dungeons are probably good post 52 as it will teach you proper stance dancing and when to use cooldowns/proper judgment.

Houses are pretty nice and comfy, if you don't see yourself moving servers or wanting a plot in the new 4.0 housing district, there's no reason not to as they're one of the primary uses for gil. It also gives you a bit of passive income, so it pays for itself in a long run

All good. Goldsmith good for desyth (breaking items down for mats based on how high your desyth lvl is) and Blacksmith is pretty useful for people who need a weapon to level up. Weaver is pretty much best in that list, being able to make almost all clothing and glams that people wil pay mils for.

Its kind of good to level all classes to 15 to get the cross class skills. Helps alot. Like CUL lv 15 givea you Hasty Touch, which gives control but for no CP. Hope RNGesus finds you worthy.
