Anyone play King's Raid and have cleared chapter 5 hard? I can literally do normal with ease but hard has the gnolls and other stuff almost 3-shotting my backline. I'm working on replacing Frey with a Rephy in the inn but I'm not sure how to really proceed. I have Dimael with his unique but chapter 5 has so many magic immune enemies I haven't bothered with him yet.

My gear isn't thay bad either since I rolled a buncha 5* epics from using saved tickets trying for archer uniques, but the difficulty spike is obscene. Is the trick to have the orb slot unlocked for each character now or something?

She's more of a niche SMG. She excels in her niche like in the defense drill for her molotov to burn enemies who are nigh unreachable in the beginning but otherwise for normal everyday situations it's better to use others.

Thompson is already one of the premier SMGs along with G36C and the UMPs are just overall extremely good because of their stat bulk, utility, and very good tiles.

Well, the announcement for this event did say it was made for machinery and magia shooters. If you don't kill that bard then they cast a perma 90% damage reduction for blunt/strike/magic damage. The 3 holy knights also have 100% magic evasion.

I'm not much of a mobile gamer, but a few years ago I remember playing like a really terrible no-gameplay game where you basically had a bunch of character cards and you would click on them to upgrade/battle, spend your money on new cards,repeat, you could also challenge other peoples "cards" but I didn't do much of that. That was basically it. No fancy turn based combat or anything. It had some very generic anime style characters(high quality, but generic), and I think it had a Chinese Three Kingdoms like setting(might have been a Japanese setting as well but I don't think so).

Anyone recognize a game like that? I would be really old by now, not even sure if the servers are still up. Or if not, know of game like it that I could replace it with? Especially ones where you can ignore the multiplayer aspect.

They're also starting one of those Knock-Off Alulu events later today. You use skills that make small enemies get knocked around to boot them off the stage. You'll have to test new skills, but original Maid Renge is an obvious one.

It's a cooperative event, but not a co-op stage. They're keeping tally of how many all Sensei have thrown off the stage.

I liked how Shironeko team handled it for Caravan events. Lots of little prizes, but then the good stuff was spread throughout so it wouldn't be too big a deal if we fell short.

I've been playing Japanese games for like two years here at /mbgg/ as an EOP and most of these games are so incredibly easy that I end up writing whole guides about them to try to get people into them.

Full guides written by someone that knows zero Japanese/Chinese/Korean. Not even Hiragana/Katakana.

You just have to be willing to mess around, poke around and not be afraid to ask questions. You'll find your way after the first week of groping around in the dark and some games are so super easy that you find your way in a day or two.

Like someone posts a sarcastic comment or a joke but has to ruin it by adding /sarcasm assuming everyone is too autistic to detect sarcasm over the internet to the end or writes a huge wall of complaint but finishes it with /rant like everyone missed the fact that huge wall of text was a rant by someone.

And people tend to complain about localizations/translations because they're mostly garbage. They're butchered versions of the original, they never get the fun things we were hoping to get, they're a million times stingier and jewish than the original and they're pretty much doomed to die in a year or less.

We want proper English versions like Granblue's English setting. Having an English setting in the original game or having the game be on the same server as everyone else guarantees me that im not going to get a shitty butchered experience of the game or that the game im pouring my time (and possibly money) isnt going to die in a year or less. We want the same experience as everyone else and to enjoy the game the way its meant to be enjoyed, not some cheap localized copy that feels like it was made in a bad attempt to milk the global market and a "wider audience".

I understand these companies are a business first and a business second with money being king but if they want my money, time and loyalty then they better deliver a quality product instead of something that feels like a really bad and cheap knockoff of the original.

I'm at captain level 55, and it costs me about 100k gold to recap one character's skill for each level up. I have 3 characters that I main and 2 sub characters I try to not fall off too much. At this point, it takes me about 3-4 days to go up in commander level, and that's not enough time for me to make 500k+ gold.

Bulky enemies are definitely harder to float, but Saint Kiana's evade can definitely float any enemy except for bosses and enraged robots, same with Himeko's charge attacks.

Assuming you are talking about the exploration missions (only place where you can do assassinations), you have to do a 'back attack' without getting noticed by the enemy (the cone radar in front of the enemy). Get as close as you can to enemy's rear and just attack once, that should instantly kill the enemy.

After the last revamp pretty great, tap can petrify and focus on support so rip brownies, slide can cleanse debuff to 4 allies and +def and drive gives debuff immunity to all allies.

As long as your opponent has debuffs she is good, maybe not main-tank material because she lacks reflect and HP shield on slide, but as a more support oriented tank.
