It doesn't really count as 'clothing' but the headphones she wears are sentimental enough for her. Kalia is too prideful to admit that she keeps anything sentimental, but is privately very proud of the armor set her mother left behind to her after she was killed in battle. The blue scarf is actually a keepsake from the old gang she ran with as a child. They were the only family she had back then, but she had lost the scarf in the heat of the gang war. Mocha actually stole a time scroll trying to chase down her strike mentor, and ended up right in the aftermath of the gang war. She searched through the wreckage and found it, burnt and scarred. She ripped off the burned parts and tied it around her neck, which is why it's much smaller than the scarf around Kid Joras' neck.

Dragon Balls can't actually make people do things they don't want to. Remember after Frieza Saga it couldn't even do something as mundane as teleport Goku back to earth solely because Goku didn't consent.

Hallow's only real article of clothing is the pair of glasses she wears. Everything else is buu goo. They weren't the broken glasses she found on the street right after being born or anything, but they were the first thing she saved up zeni to buy. Considering her lack of income, this took quite a bit of time and effort. She even went so far to use her first Shenron wish to make them indestructible and got the magic buu mentioned here

to enchant them so she could always see out of them even if they aren't on her face. She's totally blind without glasses, after all. Aside from that, Hallow's poofy pants are important to her despite just being made of goo. She thinks they are super-important for being a spooky ghost and will not remove them save for being in complete privacy, which isn't really a thing she gets much of with her hobo life. They're also pretty nostalgic for me, since back when I was first starting to draw I would always give my characters poofpants. DBZ and Rockman.EXE really got me into that style since some of my favorite characters wore them. Finally getting to wear some in a DBZ game just gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling when I think back to those times.

Pumice had his arm warmers since he was a kid. He has a lot of good punch-related memories with them and also used them to cover up some of his cybernetics while growing up. He did learn to cover them up by changing his biomass like how most fridges change form later on though.

Striata Q's gauntlets were a memento from a childhood friend who used to visit him back when he was just the normal Namekian, Striata. His friend was a Warrior-type while Striata was a plain Dragon Clan ajisa farmer, so he would always listen intently to his Warrior friend's stories of training, adventure, and heroism. Unfortunately, his friend ultimately died in battle and requested that his gauntlets be given to Striata since the kid always seemed to fancy them. Later on when Striata was stuck in the time-space rift, the Ultraman from another reality, Q, initially intended to possess these gauntlets and use them as a transformation device due to the strong feelings that lingered within them. This didn't quite work out since they ended up fusing permanently, but the gauntlets are still used to house the Color Timers that blink when Striata Q is low on energy as well as serving as a means to change form. They more or less contain part of Striata Q's heart/soul at this point.

It's not much; certain clothes and accessories will glitch out and alternate between pitch black (as in, your shoes are literal void or w/e), the "proper color" if they have any, and the colors you last chose for colorable clothing. Depending on said colors and clothing it actually works instead of being an eyesore.

Seeing as how Human and Saiyans haven't had any glitches like that (that I'm aware off), it's probably some weird shenanigans where the game isn't finding the "right" textures for Majins and just loads whatever.
