Clear Mythic Halls of Valor like normal. Once EVERYONE is out of the instance, wait for 30 minutes. Run in and see if any trash is up; if trash is up, wait another half hour. If trash is not present, run to where you defeat Fenryr, and go inside the cave. He's sleeping and neutral.

I just got a group to run through it with two other hunters, and we confirmed that you can share the lockout; we each got our own Fenryr from the same lockout after an hour and a half.

I will be extending my lockout for it tomorrow since my hunter is literally only for gold farming, and I'll help people get it as long as I can. Should you be unable to get it within say 10~ hours from now, I can help you out.

it was meant to be a catch up patch for alts leading into tomb.

The 850 ilvl tokens are more common but gear up alts very fast.

I got my DH which I just dinged 110 yesterday to 870+ ilvl, 36+ weapon traits, AK 26 in a day because that's how its meant to work.

The 880 ilvl tokens are meant for mythic legendary targeters for their BiS rather than for the general user. It's more beneficial to just do Normal or Heroic Nighthold or Mythic+ farming still instead of relying on nethershard 5k tokens. Tokens are only good right now for legendary targets or trying to RNG out a 910+ titanforged god tier trinket.
