How does Soejima keep going backwards with the Ultimate personas?

In P3, most of them were great. I feel his weakest one was Kala-Nemi, and that still looks way better than say Makoto's Anat.

P4 is when it began to fall apart. While not awful, P4G decided to kick it up a notch and make most of the third tier personas disgusting.

The P5 second tiers are abortions.

Why is the localization so shoddy in P5? I don't mean the grammar etc. but they actually translate so many things wrong like when Sakamoto is saying "They look dangerous" and they translate it to "Shit just got real". It's fucking bullshit and pointless.

Also so many scenes are not subbed, even some major ones.
