Well yeah, if he doesn't see it, how can he steal it? So the servant needs to use their NP at least once for him to see it and then the conditions that have to meet in order to steal it. It seems like those conditions were met when he was fighting Gil and now Jack so it should be something simple.

Gilgamesh also still has a secret NP in play on his stat sheet. Better believe that's some bullshit in the waiting to toss up the entire situation. Also original Ea sheets said Ea could only be used/activated by him. For anyone else it would mostly be a blunt instrument.

Might be a mistake to think Gil is going to be fucked here, in a story that was half written for GIl to have gay bromance, written by a Gilfag. Sure he'll be the underdog at times, but he'll probably last pretty late.
