Hunter Quest is such a trap, After several hours of play today only 2 where able to finish it, and none actually won.

It is decent, but not a complete game finisher quest like the others. 8 dmg per turn is slower than jaraxxus, and even him dont see play in all slower warlock decks.

Try it on wild with Anoyotron, Belcher, garrison commander for double heropower and ragnaros for double heropower again.

That elemental deck has too many expensive cards, you can replace anything 4 mana or higher with more cheap draw minions/spells and still complete the quest on time.

I've only been playing with a cheap elemental version, and I think pirate has the edge in the mirror. Not sure which is better overall though, but I like how elemental runs a lot of 1/2 minions compared to pirate's additional 1/1s

Stuck Curator in for some extra draw but he's kinda clunky and I never end up using Ysera as a late game finisher anyway since no game ever reaches late game. I also haven't run into any quest rogues since they're presumably all already legend.

Because it has zero defenses and even after the quest procs, you need a few more turns to win with it. That means between the time where you proc it and your first turn, your rogue is basically defenseless since you are mostly getting negative value due to bouncing cards. Currently 6/2 at Rank 20/19.

Shoved in C'Thun and his 5+ Attack dudes and boy does it work astonishingly well together.

Still far from refined, but I've beaten 3 Quest Rogues, a normal Rogue, a Shaman and a non-1-drop Beast Hunter so far. Lost against Priest and Warrior with some earlier, less rampy build.

Also learned that Sherazin sadly does not count as summoned if she revives.
Sherazin is sleeper OP in Druid with Innervate and Wild Growth.

The answer is going face. It was always going face. Going face is what keeps deck-space-lacking combo decks like Rogue from running the meta. Since most of the early-expansion experimentation is not aggro, Quest Rogue will appear falsely OP when it's just tier 2 in a more normal meta.

Is the warlock quest/legendary any good? I really love the mechanics behind both of them, but it will cost me pretty much all the rest of my dust just to test it out. Haven't played against any warlocks today.

There's talk of there being another unpacking bug, similar to Gadgetzan's. People are reporting massive amounts of duplicates, like 8/15 rares the same in 15 packs.

I've been playing it without patches and having fun. You can run cheap cycle spells, elementals, and the bounces without any pirates. Running pirates gives you a better earlygame but if anything makes you less consistent because you lose draw
