Xayah actually doesn't scale especially hard with attack speed or on-hit effects.

She's essentially a caster ADC like Jhin, MF and Varus who is forced to build crit because of her E and can't build lethality because of her dogshit ratios. Her kit is torn between two different builds and she essentially needs as close to 100% crit as possible plus as close to 40% CDR as possible plus as much AD as possible. You can't just go full AD caster with lethality+AD+CDR and you can't go traditional crit ADC IE+2 Zeal. Can't even do BotRK + trinity or BotRK + Cleaver
