I like TA3 and QR because she fucks up just about every single red no problems. QR lets her bait and KO them back with an added bonus to killing blues as well. What's not to love about one of the best skills in the game?

I really don't think I've enjoyed any of the writing in a Fire Emblem game before. The closest I've ever gotten is with parts of Sacred Stones and parts of Path of Radiance, but even then they're nothing spectacular.

It's a goddamn shame, because I'm a complete sucker for the kind of worlds that the series is going for and the whole upstart band of misfits saving the day kind of deal that's going on. But it's always so mediocre at best and a complete trainwreck at worst.

What greens? She's already going to get nuked by Julia and Nino, and if you're needing Nowi to finish off Hector then you've fucked up somewhere. Who else is there besides that? The odd Camilla, Minerva, or Fae isn't worth losing the ability OHKO any Falchion user (and if she's +atk, OHKOing any IV Falchion user) while taking negligible damage from them.

152, I would've likely kept going but I'm all out. I had better luck with the Spring banner (got Eggcina fairly early on) and the Blazing Blade banner (got Ninian on the second try in), but I think that's about all the luck I've managed to scrounge up and it only barely put me in a spot where I could compete in Arena. Before that I was literally stuck with just Leo and Roy, and got Eirika on my last 15 orbs out of the first ~300 spent.

I'm trying to stick F2P, I'm against the whole model of spending money on this game and considering my typical luck, even spending a full $40 for 75 orbs seems like nothing. That's a handful of rolls at best.

The funny thing is among my friends I had one of the better starting rolls. I had Klein 5* with -def/+res, Tharja 4* with -atk/+hp, and Camilla 4* with +atk-res. I didn't reroll or anything so I consider that alright and none of my friends rerolled either. Amusingly enough while everyone was envious of my Klein for his brave bow + death blow combo, my friend recently got his Klein (4*+spd-hp) while rolling for Kagero, which he got so there was no longer anything to be envious about.

I guess I did get Chrom, even red Chrom, but red Chrom is -attack so even my first falchion user is fucked.

I don't know if I should give up the account.

I wish they'd add a button to redeem all quest rewards at once.

And to top it off, we started after FRobin, so our first GHB was Ursula. I had a very easy time on that, and neglected my freebies. Same deal with Michalis, I had the easiest time getting it done while my friends couldn't finish it during early bird event. Lo and behold now, Navarre, the easiest banner yet, but I can't do it cause none of my units can tank a single ninja for even one round and my freebies are all low levels while everyone else is fine since theirs were maxed.

Such as how bows get a bonus against flying types, and the falchion gets a bonus against dragons, and it seems like bows do less damage to sword users who are on foot? Is there anything like that?
