Winston violated the PETRAS Act that outlawed any and all Overwatch activity and is presumably getting together some sort of clandestine Overwatch to deal with the various crises around the world. Petras is a greek name. Not too long ago an actor had the role "Greek" in overwatch added to his credits.

The Ilios map is the greek map and along with Oasis is the only map not related to a character

It is also mentioned by Athena that Talon activity has been sighted in Ilios.

That's not really the only argument though. Another one is just because someone left doesn't mean you didn't deserve to lose. What if you would have lost anyway but someone leaves and you're given a free pass? That fucks up the MMR system a bit because it potentially has to forgive you for a loss.

Also if you don't lose SR, and the other team still gets to gain SR, that doesn't really work either does it?

Ultimately it makes more sense just to count leaves as normal losses, it will balance out anyway because statistically you'll win due to enemy disconnects as often as you lose due to your own.

The game keeps track of partial progress in terms of time and payload distance/ticks on a 2CP point. SR is distributed weighted by individual contribution and the overall strength of the teams. So, ideally, you'd track success in terms of progress/time, or lack of progress/time for the defenders, and if someone leaves, you calculate the new 5v6 team strength and expected success from that point onward in time.
Not that Blizzard would do any of this, but it's what they should do.

Pretty good. Her gun is great with the drawback of being a projectile so you have to lead targets into it a bit at range.
Secondary shot allows some amazing manipulation of enemy heroes as does her defence buff ability.
Dropping shields ups the survivability of your team.
The ult is situational and good for clearing points or defending in the last moments.
