It is if you build around it, otherwise its very situational. Salvo stacks with the bonus damage from fusillade (and any "on weapon hit" effects like life rip), if you hock a loogie and fire off a salvo in the enemies direction you're most likely to get a kill, or at the very least get any in range low enough to be cleaned up. OK so this is probably gonna get mass shitpost because cry me a river, but honestly people how could you not see this coming? First it happened when people started wanting a gold sink so you know what they gave what they thought would be a nice gold sink which was essence.

Which i said time and time again it wouldn't even be a gold sink just another form of currency that once you got most of the cards you needed/wanted it would just turn into another build up again..and guess what I was partially correct on that one. people got their cards and the increase at which you got essence increased as well with more and more duplicates giving you essence.

Hirez is being smart as fuck right now because IMO the increase in gold was just far to high so they worked on it. dropping FWOTD and Quests and even loot chests for masteries only to 3. They have even said that disenchanting wasn't even planned originally to go into the game.

This isn't Hirezs fault this is your own. They tried listening to you and look what happened? There is no such thing as a "gold sink" in games like this..if it was a MMO or something open world then maybe. Hirez needs to make their money and this is just wasting both ours and their time.

Not at all. You got a hitscan laser beam, your illusions with auto heal and only need line of sight for the heal beam and your ulti is just one big goodie bag of healing. The only one that would be a bit hard is the use illusion swap at the right time so you don't die and when to shatter. Yes even if you're healing sometimes it is best to use your 500 damage nuke to finish someone off.

Once after lost match i saw enemy's ying had 0 heals, wonder how we lost that.

Despite what some of the pros are saying I really could care less. I play this game a shit ton and if they are upset with the direction it's going they should be working with Hi-Rez rather than attacking them. If the current pros aren't happy let them leave and we'll get a whole new generation of pros. If people are continuing to enjoy the game while it's in beta imagine the personalities that'll come out on the launch! That being said I'd love for the upset pros to work through this because they really do understand the game the best and watching their game play never ceases to help mine out. Why the hell are you guys so pissed about getting a little less gold from quests and FWOTD. Things like those and daily login credits are luxuries, I honestly think that they are completely unnecessary and Hi-Rez has spoiled you guys with them. They even went as far as to include free crystals with it and, this is on top of the credits and radiant chests you get from just playing the damn game. I'm truly astonished that Hi-Rez has been so generous to include all those extra means of gaining in game credits. It astonishes me even more that the community went apeshit when they decreased the amount of free gold you get from just existing.

You guys want more free stuff than liberals, honestly Hi-Rez gives you more than enough to get all the cards and champions you need without it feeling grindy, you dont need to get them all. It'd take quite the grind to unlock every champion and card in the game but at the same time it's not like the champions and cards are locked behind a massive pay wall. I bought founders because I thought of it as a nice way to support Hi-Rez while getting benefits and perks of my own. I did that after I unlocked all the champions and cards I needed to create my desired loadouts. It felt like perfect clockwork unlocking all the champions for the first time, as soon as I hit level 4-5 with them I'd already have enough gold to move onto the next.

Know what the beta tag exactly means. This game isn't a final product and Hi-Rez isn't trying to pass it off as one. When a game is in beta development the main objective typically is to push out the content that the devs envision their ideal product having, then a few coats of polish/bugfixes and boom, release. Dealing with potentially gamebreaking issues is a part of the unspoken contract you sign when dedicating your time to a beta game. You can expect to see focus shift from content to quality later down the line when the game has all the desired content and is preparing to become a finished product.

The tutorial is such shit. I played it for the first time after essence was added because I never did it the first time around (I started when there wasn't a tutorial)

They don't teach you a damn thing about buying items in match or loadouts, and the only character they have you play as is Viktor. I get that they want to transition people from things like Call of Duty, but all it does is make people assume every character has iron sights and sprinting with no cooldowns like Viktor does, then throw you off when you play as another character. It really should switch players through a few of the characters so they understand what each role does/how characters differ from the get go, as well as touch on buying items in match and loadouts.
