Have you optimized your island layout?

Are you making sure to clear the beach of any crabs?

All these improve beetle rates. Also golden stags are not everything. A horned hercules is worth only 1k less than a golden stag.
In general grab any beech tree beetle except goliath (only worth 6k)

As for layout, remove all flowers, bushes, and center trees. Remove all southern trees.
Have about 3-4 trees both on East and West sides.
Start from bottom, move up. Once at top, cross to the bottom of the other side. Like making an X or an hourglass shape.

You will be swimming in bells. I wish I could do it, but I get too sleepy past 8 and can't focus.

Man, the last two villagers I've scanned, just looking at them I probably never would've invited them over, but then their descriptions in the vans sell me on them. Hey /acg/! I made a post a few days ago about possibly scanning in amiibos to give out to people here and wanted to get a general idea of what people think about how I want to do this. I was thinking that people can request a villager from a pastebin that I'll make of the cards I have and a few days later I'd have them in boxes for adoption, kinda like regular adoptions but you don't have to wait 10 days and get to pick who you want. Sound alright?

Keep in mind I only have one copy and don't TT (although I'm not against it if I have to) so requests would be 3 days in advance and a once a day thing, but I can do this daily as long as there's a demand for it.
