Nah those are the ancient ayy Targonians, The Frozen watchers and a few other mysterious end-game anomalies and groups.

The new yordle lore is just extremely sloppy, poorly-written, champion-degrading and contradictory on all fucking accounts.

I knew it was bad beforehand, but I didn't see how truly trash it was until I realized that demons, gods, demi-gods, spirits, magical animal people, undead, ghosts, dragons, cyborgs, science experiments, sentient robots, alients and etc are ALL canonically historically recorded & acknowledged as tangible, real entities throughout ALL of Runeterra's societies and cultures - yet yordles aren't.

This makes no fucking sense when there are more than enough magically inclined humans and other sentient beings living throughout Runeterra who'd be able to see them for who and what they really are. I'm not even much of a yordle fag but I can't deny that the new retcons are simply a glaring, bullshit case of flat-out terrible writing with little thought or consistency put into any of it.
