The cutline for luke raid isn't that generous as what Anton Raid requires. In order for you to be able to participate by not being a complete dead weight. The very minimum is a complete epic set depending on what class you are, +10~+12 amped, 3/3 5-sense, 3/3 Civ, +12 Savior or any decent actual weapon, and a functioning brain.

There are some instances for some classes that despite being decked with epics, you aren't still eligible to join.

Before the 2nd anniversary events were released, I actually believed that this would be THE patch where neople actually implements all the things the community has been asking for since the beginning of dfog. Tradable avatars, kdnf's entire cera shop avatar selection, big hellmode event, everything else that people wanted..etc, I believed neople would turn this game's shitty situation around. I'm starting to believe in that china conspiracy more and more with how players are treated and the sudden silence from the devs, something that scumbag chink companies would always do cause money is the only thing that matters. Maybe I'm wrong and gooks are more or less, on par with chinks. I never was a quitter, even in nexon dfo, I stayed till the very last day but I am actually considering quitting while I still can.
