I really don't get why they put a cap on how many chests you will be getting as an existing player..
they also upgrades some skins to legendary despite clearly not being legendary
instead of just tweaking the drop rate..
and they are replacing real currency with gems it looks like

Basically, don't level anyone who is level 8 or under so they won't go over level 10 after patch so you get the hero specific lootbox. After patch cutoff point for level 20 is at ~400k exp over level 11 which is like 2 games so don't level any level 10 characters all the way to 11, or atleast stop as soon as they hit 11. Level 30 after patch was somewhere around level 13

She's all about predicting patterns. I have more trouble hitting bronzies because they don't sidestep Q and W, but decent players eat them at least half the time and I've only ever seen one dude so far at masters who switched between standing still and side stepping to fuck with me.
Overall she's great if you're better than everyone else and can use her kit properly

The proposal is simple: on converting, 0 chests are awarded. However, every chest (or gem reward) the veteran player player would have earned if getting to that level under the new system is placed into a bank. Think of this like "rested experience".

Every time a veteran player levels up in 2.0, they get 2 chests. One from normal progression and another from their bank. This continues until their banked chests are depleted.

There's no sudden shock from veteran players unlocking all of the content instantly and there's even an incentive to get a stimpack to cash in that bank faster. This starts off slightly slower than the start from 0 method proposed earlier, but surpasses it quickly and this way veteran players can enjoy all of the rewards of 2.0. Eventually.

seen a few posts complaining bout Valeera and I am going to weigh in on this topic

Valeera is not overpowered or ban worthy in ranked almost ever
Tanks with lots of aoe like Arthas and Sonya shut her down very easily and highly mobile characters also with lots of Aoe like Li Ming stop her from ever engaging in team fights
also Tassadar just ruins her but tassadar is already one of the best herores in the game and is probably banned in every high level game anyway

however

she is so stupidly disgusting in QM I could see nerfing her for that reason alone
she is a lot like Cho'Gall
if you don't have the dedicated counters to her then you lose and she is allowed to 1v5 and always escape any engagement no matter how outnumbered or how bad a position she was in

honestly I wouldn't mind seeing them drop her health and buff her cloak of shadows ult
either way though if you are tired of losing to Valeera in QM just play Arthas every single game or get a friend and play nothing but Cho'Gall and enjoy your free 90% winrate
