It's balanced. Just needs a slight nerf on total cloak duration, it's too perfect for surviving chokepoints without little help.
Scout can track him back to depths of hell, let along to ammo packs. Also can tag him with F'oW or Milk, push him around with FaN or Shortstop shove.
Pyro can make keep him afloat, corner him against walls or push him down, all while pellet spiking him with Shotgun.
Pyro's flammable personality only has upperhand when Spy is invisible, and W+M1 won't work here at all.
An invis IW Spy will jukejump around small props, while CnD Spy will try to blend in background of bigger objects and stays low and at the edges.
Pyro either know where to reveal them from, else he just climbs somewhere up high to have an overlook at flanks for a suspicious retreat.

The problem with the unlocks is that they fuck up the flow of the game. you can't just shoot people anymore

Medics literally need their team to at least take our scouts and pyros to function properly.
Otherwise they will have to spend time fighting and defending themselves instead of healing.
The opportunity cost of not healing relative to the minimal damage done makes it an idiotic idea for medics to not heal 24/7

For me Engie is one of two things. Either

A.) I'm holding down this place nice and good with a pybro, some other cool folks, and an engie or maybe two. All in the bag.

B.) Finally my level three is do- *Sentry get's blown up as I just finish completing, followed by a scout rushing in and blasting me away.*. Welp, fuck this game, fuck this stupid team, fuck everything, I'm either going fun class or rerolling for another game. Latter if my team immediately blames me or some asshat pushes me down because of my score as an excuse for why I , the lone engie, got BTFO'd.

What do you think this Medic's playstyle is. I can tell you this, he legit stopped healing me after I complained in the chat about getting constantly harassed by Soldiers with DH's and shit on stage 2 Defense of Thunder Mountain. secondary is like sanvich, left click uses on yourself, but right clicking on a teammate throws it to them like a medic beam but it's one use and then recharge so it's not a health pack throw like heavy sanvich, the food types could restore a little health, give temporary mincrits, temporary resistances or attack speed buffs etc. there could also be items that require aim like how scout milk or cleaver/ball that you throw on enemies for debuffs

His play style would be more sporadic attacks when lone because his strength would come from the buffs his food provides which would be max 10 seconds and then around 10 second cooldowns. When in a group he would provide the more powerful classes with buffs but still be able to stay in the back putting out a bit more dps with his pistol. Every 3 or so kills the cook should have gathered enough meat to where he would place down a pot of stew and his group could feast on the flesh of their enemies and easily push a fortified position.
