The Xseed interview said they decided not to localize Net High then gave a list of issues with the title that ultimately led them to pass on it.
Then someone asked Steiner if he agreed with Xseed that Net High was untranslatable. He said that nothing is untranslatable and only an amateur would say that. There's a difference between "we won't localize" and "untranslatable".

If Pqube does intend to pick it up then the vertical text and it being a niche game and Vita exclusive are both still issues. Xseed decided those things weren't worth the risk, Pqube might very well think it's still worth it since they have less overhead and would need to sell less copies to break even.

The first PSP Corpse Party is essential. Book of Shadows is decent fanservice in spite of shifting to effectively a visual novel but it's good if you really liked the first game. Unfortunately, it ends on a cliffhanger that pretty much makes it to where you need to play Blood Drive, which is unfortunately the weakest of the 3 by a good margin. Tries to return to the form of the first game but between the characters, game performance and storyline it's kind of a mess. For the sale price though, it can be swallowed.

I also once used semi transparent MGS/ZoE backgrounds over the FW theme because the music was nice and Muramasa images over the Oreshika or Four Seasons themes.
