There are some bullshit interaction with Lock that CDPR need to fix.

First the fact that unlocking a unit doesn't give back Resilience or Weather immunity.

The second is maybe worse, if you lock a unit and then you give that unit resilience if you use lock again on it that unit will be unlocked and not losing Resilience.

Yep, I was running old spear for a long time.

Now I pulled him out cause I want to run weather with 2 of those Griffon that make you select a card in the opponent Graveyard and put in yours.

Part of the reason is that I don't have caretaker and that I really like to have both Avalac'h and Ciri in weather. With the usual Carantir and Woodland.

I was thinking a version without foglet and Woodland to play Crones and Rider.

I really loved how stable my Radovid deck was before the patch.
Yencon dropped? To the dungeon. Need perfect setup for igni? No problem, thanks to ballistas and Myrgtabrakke. And then was enough room for whatever in bronze special slots.
Now it's all about fucking random trebuchets and pulling siege experts and taking every hit of yencon because you're never drawing that fucking shackle when you need it and you can't make more room for anything because you need your trebuchet support and enough traction to make your Foltest useful because you're a hipster who doesn't play Henselt meme deck.

Just lost because Schiru flipped when a merc got played WHO DIDN'T PULL A SPECIAL CARD. Schiru literally goes off if your card just says you SHOULD pull a special. Fucking broken horseshit.

And don't worry, if you don't have Schiru you can just Brouver your scorch on demand then Aglais it again whenever you want. Don't have Brouver? Just scorch, Aglais then Eithne Aglais for 3 scorch. Almost as good as Schiru. Don't forget to throw in Isengrim for free unit spam.

Schiru needs to be opposing player specials only. And Teruviel needs to be disabled if the ST player passes.

What bronzes are you guys running for ST, triple or more scorch meme is certainly strong but I feel a bit constrained by mercs+3 first lights being auto-include, then you roll the dice on what specials the mercs actually pull every time and I seem to have lost my touch for timing when to play toruviel and the other ambushes

Mercs are definitely hit or miss but they're so good that I can't make a deck without them. Right now I'm using triple dragoons, two blue mountain commandos, and two sappers. The purpose for them is to have a good unit to buff if Toruviel is not in hand. Two might be a bit much though.

I feel like a lot of different combinations could work with the ST bronze units. I liked trappers prepatch but now they're not worth it to use with Iris. Plus they kept bugging out on me and I could only place them on the opponent's melee row.

It is an important question however and must be answered. If you have any thoughts I would be interested to hear them.

Aretuza Adepts really need to be hotfixed. It's ridicuolous that they nerfed so much shit that affects rows, but then they leave henselt untouched, and Aretuza's can span between seige towers, preventing you from being able to use D-bomb effectively.

There is zero counterplay to a Schiru. Even if I do not play a special card ST can still pop him at will. Scorch is balanced, ST pulling it from their deck at will then bouncing it multiple times is not.

The only ambush counterplay card is in ST itself.

Does anyone else feel like the bots are super overpowered? Like, it feels near impossible to beat them with the starter decks in practice.

It's probably because I'm new but the amount of bullshit they're pulling is kind of taking away the fun.

If you get weathered, it clears the weather.

If you don't get weathered, you can pull a unit from your deck, which thins your deck, allowing you to draw your stronger, non-bronze units later.

It used to just clear weather, and it was run exclusively as an answer to weather, but it was given the extra utility of rallying a unit because if you're not playing a weather deck, it's always a dead card, which is terrible for a card that nearly every non-weather deck would have to run, or risk getting completely shat on by a weather deck.

I cant lacerate or kill every PFI from Henselt without him resurrecting him.
Its incredible that a shitty deck like Henselt has higher thinning power than Skellige without the disadvantages.

Also Scorch should be fleeting and D-bombs and D-Shackles should affect ambush cards otherwise its fucking shit
