If you want a good general thread you need a game where you can only discuss the gameplay and the setting (like /twg/), or one that has a multiplayer community, like /domg/.

As someone who has spent time in both, /tsg/ is a far better place then /tesg/. The problems between the two are very different, as /tesg/ has a real shitter problem, lotta /v/tards coming in and leaving their trash.

While /tsg/ on the other hand gets a few shitters from time to time, probably the same anon thats bored. We're a smaller community and we go through dead sperts from time to time because of that.

We don't really RP here, if you are talking about the few stories that get posted here and there, I wouldnt call that role playing, its as much more like a comic book creator or such. Image of expression added with lines of dialog. While role playing or "RPing" is when two people act out characters in a scene within the third or first person.

Not sure how often you visit here, but of late there has been plenty of talk about sims gameplay and what we want/expect from the series. 'General' discussion of the sims in the Sims 'General'. Each general on this site has it's own social system and whats accepted and not accepted. You cannot compare generals on a basis of what they are worth as they're worth is different from the fanbase.

Speaking of special snowflake(s). You must be pretty special to be all knowing and cock sure about what this general is about and how it should be run. Under what authority do you have such audacity to speak to a fanbase you are clearly not apart of. Because if you were a fan of the series, you would know by now that stories have been apart of the Sims since TS2 and sims created by other players are way better then sims created randomly by the game it's self.

I think they're complaining more because its basically one interaction and some other items with nothing else really worth the 10 dollar price.
Its actually probably the worst if not one of the stuff packs in that regard. The clothing options are restrictively designed with bowling in mind, the new furniture is nice though.

I enjoy 4 but the bitching is 100% justified.
It took 2 expansions, a gamepack and a stuffpack or two to essentially get a weak version of Night Life in TS4.
At this rate I don't get how someone couldn't be concerned unless they think this game is going to keep getting content for the next 12 years.

But like I said, I do enjoy it despite all the times it makes me mad as hell.
