The points are the old system of crates add 5 papers add one and you gain some over time, Most of the job of cargo is packing up ammo and shit to send down and handing out attachments so people can make snowflake guns. Yeah. It was buffed, For one thing it always does damage now. So its more area denial, Direct hit does a chunk of damage and ignites them which does even more damage while stepping on the tiles does lower damage and ignites. It also works like a normal gun in that instead of using fuel it uses 60 shot 'mags' that are sprited as fuel canisters and can be refilled with welding fuel if you somehow run out.

For shotgun the loadouts I typically reccomend are
CQC: Stock+Bayonet+Mag Harness, As strong or stronger than a Machete and you cant lose it
Doomguy: Gyro+Charger (Or recoil damp). Run at full speed and pump buckshot into them for high damage, Or just shoot really fast if you get the damp
Breach and Clear: Stock+Railflash+Recoil Comp+Grip, Low spread on buckshot and low cooldown time on pumping and shooting again, Can blast your way through resin wall fields super fast.
Free To Play: Raillight+Bayonet+Underbarrel Flamer, All three typically are 'free' and so you can get them while still getting other attachments, Such as if you plan to run two guns and want to get the other attachments.
Specialist: Gyro+Charger+Mag, Grab a riot shield and engage in some wholesome memes. Immune to pounces and resistant to disarms/spits and you can move surprisingly fast. Try not to lose your shield

The part he doesn't explain is WHICH verbs cause the lag. It's the admin verbs. The lag is proportional to the number of verbs HIDDEN from the person doing the clicking.

If I had to take a guess, each object internally has a list of all of its verbs, and then before displaying them to you, it removes the ones you don't have access to.
It SEEMS like it would make more sense to start with a blank list and ADD the verbs you DO have access to, but more than likely, it was always expected that you would have more available verbs than hidden verbs, so they decided to do it that way.
Why it takes so much fucking time per verb, though, is extremely perplexing. I mean it's only a few milliseconds per verb on a single object, but for something as simple as removing an entry in a list, it should be well under one millisecond.
