Sure, the idea behind her and her character is nice, but I wouldn't call her "one of the few".
Mostly because the same for her is also true for most Extra servant despite the game presentation being rather dull, they all have some interesting concepts and ideals around them contrary to say, Apo characters who are just there to be cool. And then of course there are Zero and FSN characters that are also pretty good.

At the end, it is mostly GO originals and Apo characters who suffer from being not that well thought. But again, even there we have exception like Solomon or Dantes.
