Is the Ratchet and Clank Collection worth it? I played Going Commando long ago and thought it was good but it wasn't enough to really compel me to continue playing the series. Are the other two a bit more platform orientated or stick more towards third person shooting as well?

Which is the best Harvest Moon game on sale?

And is Trails in the Sky actually worth it, it is 50% off right now. I am very wary of it due to how often it is pushed and I don't get to see many reasons why it is such a great game mechanically.

I actually got my Vita in part because of the Ys games.

Some people knock the Vita for its res not being any higher than 960x544, but I'm actually glad for this, because it means PSP games aren't more severely upscaled. Actually, the lower res makes me prefer it over my PS3 for PSOne games, as well, since those games tend to look like shit on a HDTV.

Out of the harvest moon games on sale I'd recommend you get Boy & Girl, and if you want two then get Hero of Leaf Valley as the second.
Boy & Girl is a port of the PS1 game back to nature, and it adds letting you play as a girl and romance guys if that's your cup of tea. The girl's story ends when she gets married though.
I don't think there's anything wrong with Innocent Life I just haven't played more than a few hours of it back when it came out so I can't give it an informed opinion either way.

Trails is a pretty fun classic JRPG with good music. It's a long game with lots of world building and the story is a slow burn so if you're looking for something shorter or more action packed then it might not hold your attention.
It is dub only but the only thing dubbed anyway is the battle voices, and even then I'm pretty sure you can turn it off. I forgot it even had any voices until that other anon brought it up.
I think it's worth giving a try, especially at half off.

I own both and both are great.
However, VD is fun only if you enjoy the arena brawler shit as it does that very well.

Fought against this Big Knight in Malicious Rebirth and It was fun, Managed to get an A Rank and the map was surprisingly Awesome, everything is against you and you have to dodge canons on the airship the Big knight cannon the cannon knights and Knights with swords, It was pretty fun,

I played like fucking 30 hours of that game somehow.

It is by no means a good game, but it has some of the sexiest scenes I've ever seen on the vita, and the dressing room was the best of its kind available at the time. The jokes in the story mode (and what you get for perfecting a song) are funny the first time you hear them, too.

Overall, it's a good time as long as you don't go into it expecting anything other than a dumb fanservice game.

God damn the Rifle is fun as fuck.

The game has some issues, and it gave one of the shallowest characters of DR1 basically a life. If you loved that character, and like Yoko Taro games. You will like ultra despair girls. Story is a blast and everything is fucked. But you will hate the gameplay in time.

Especially when its a 3rd person shooter for a hand held device. Playing that game with a controller is very much recommended in my book. So a vita tv would work great for that game.

I think the multiplayer missions are on a different set of missions than the main story and on their own progression line, so it may not hurt to try some of them early.

The online for Toukiden 2 is different. If you really want to play mutiplayer just go online. Waiting like this just hurts those eager to play
