You can frameskip in a PSP emulator if that's what you mean. V and VI can also be improved on the GBA with a sound patch which you can pick up pretty easily. The DS version of FFIII should also be on Steam.

Okay so, is it me or did Gumi lowered the amount of king mogs currency you get from completing the event overall? even in ELT with 4 bonus units I barely make 550-600

and in PRO with Orlandou friend and my 4 units it's around the same

Also, any trick so far for ELT?
I have to bring Luneth and Minfilia for the sake of buffing to get through, otherwise I would just bring Luneth + Friend unit

Well here's the thing. Locke isn't bad, and when I say that I don't mean that in some passive aggressive pissy way. He's legit good. But Galuf is better. Galuf provides supplemental healing and can hit harder. Locke can debuff but you already have that covered with Fran. This isn't a HUGE deal because you don't want them for these reasons, you want them because they imperil fire.

But I'd still pull tbqh. Galuf's thing doesn't come out for a while and your team may look different by the time it does. Just saying it's something to keep your eye on.

All I do with Orlandu friends is just use DW Firion to Fin Briar everything since he does stupid amounts of damage with Demon Killer stacking. The other bonus units I have just contribute to the chain. The lass boss in the chain I just nuke him with Bushido-Freedom from Firion and Orlandu likely built up his LB meter to max so I use that.

I don't know if its a glitch or what the fuck, but for the past three events, Noctis's Fire Flask has been doing100% paralyze even if the boss has 90% resistance. Only exception was the final boss in the second Type 0 event, that seemed to be paralyzed on the second turn anyways.

Also, I don't understand why but the first boss in this event seems to lose the holy invulnerability after being flasked (and immediately blinded and silenced).

Just adding that here because it might help someone, and maybe its actually a very obvious detail I'm missong and could tell me.

If it makes you feel better, having terrible luck now is better than having merely bad luck two years ago. I started at launch, and I didn't get my first character relic until Locke's event on June 1. That was followed by the laughably bad Healing Grimoire. Then there was a massive dry spell until October 21, when SSB's debuted with the Lost Memories event. There I was blessed with a magnificent Gatling Gun for Barret. Right around that same time I picked up a gun for Balthier and Sazh (admittedly, Sazh's shellga/hastega combo was quite excellent for its time). Somewhere in the vicinity of the Christmas festival I picked up the enviable Sun Blade for WoL, and Sephiroth's Masamune that had come out in the very first event of the game. Fully 9 months into the game, and I had 7 whole relics to my name.

Things did eventually turn around, but mythril was a scarce resource back then, and it was very easy to spend 50 of them and get 11 3* items. And frequently I did.

so seeing as I now have two fucking Aces, how good of a mage is he after enhancements? I don't have his exclusive materia.

The only difference is that Agrias's defend command is Holy element, whereas Beatrix's is non-elemental. Their SSB2's are also quite similar (down to the fact that they come from shields). Teaming them up to maximize Endanger Holy is never a bad idea.

There will be other better variants of Orlandus with better banners. Like I said before Eileen, both Tidus banners, Veritas of the Dark, and Onion Knight have a lot of value for their cost in Lapis. And soon when the next IX banner comes around we get Beatrix and Eiko both on the same banner and they are likely to be a top tier damage dealer and a top tier healer which is excellent as Ayaka isn't the easiest thing to obtain and here is an Ayaka replacement with a good damage dealer to boot. Plus sustainability is more important than damage in the long run which is why Ramza is so important later down the line when his enhancements get released. You need to have either Ramza or Roy if you are going to the later trials.

So if you horde again later you can get great pulls down the line. And there is the chance you can off-banner Orlandu.

Just skip sealing Earth and Water since they aren't the important ones. Light, Fire, Wind, and after the 50% threshold Thunder are the important ones to keep sealed. You want him not to use X-Strike multiple times since that is devastating if you don't break his MAG and sealing off more elements means he has a higher chance of X-Striking.

Swap the DW from Firion to Bartz unless you are using him for the Human Elixir. Bartz with DW can cover Wind and whatever elements he equips. Also use Rain instead of Firion since Rain gets Earth/Fire to seal with. Durandal and Air Knife on Rain gives him Earth/Fire/Wind/Light which is important.
