Rate my TF mini rework

>Passive: Twisted Fates consecutive auto attacks deal surmounting magic damage and a stacking attack speed buff

second activation: Twisted fate will launch all cards outwards dealing heavy magic damage to enemies struck

Yellow: "Critical" strike dealing significantly increased magic damage and grant a burst of movespeed.

You know what would be a much better change for Bard than the current passive changes Riot?

If you made new chimes spawn immediately upon collecting all of the current chimes on the map. Right now nobody is in any fucking hurry to collect the chimes because they take so long to despawn and there's no incentive to collect them as fast as possible because the amount of chimes that have been spawned relative to the in game clock is always the same. Riot has unique effects for the chime passive all the way up to like 100 chimes but you'd have to play an 80 fucking minute game to get that many.

If collecting all chimes immediately spawned new chimes then the faster you collected them after you spawned would increase the overall amount you could get total, giving a stronger power curve to those who roam more efficiently and who roam more often while incentivizing risk taking.

He has a single target stun on a non ultimate ability. Hes never been problematic but I think he is overdue for a update that makes playing against him for interesting than getting kept at an endless 1:1 distance thanks to gold card. Also blue card is just an excuse to give him over the top mana cost in the early laning same as with old Viegar passive.

Theres no real reason for it when he should simply have his stats and kit slightly re balanced.

Free gold generation on ultimate is hidden power and basically does nothing in some modes such as ascension. Moving stacked deck to innate makes a lot more sense.

You might think TF is fun and balance but I promise the Ashe that just got singletarget stunned and wild carded for 70% of her max HP isnt having fun.
