It certainly isn't winrate cause it was only about 52% at it's peak overall. Sure the dragon v Nep matchup is skewed pretty heavily but it's still only one class while Dshift fucks control universally and is even more lopsided. Banish as mechanic doesn't even make sense for Dragon.

On a serioust note, looking up "banish all" on YGOPro, I didn't find a single YGO card that is a one-sided mass banishment like Lightning Blast, and that is saying a lot considering how much older YGO is and how much powercreep the game's been through.
The closest things YGO has are Sophia (banish both players' hands, fields and graveyards), Amaterasu, Gandora Giga Rays (banish both players' fields), Nekroz of Sophia (banish both players' fields and graveyards) and Hearth-eartH Dragon (at the end of the opponent's turn, it banishes every card the opponent played that turn), but none of those cards are relevant in the slightest.

Can someone help me with this, preferably in masters or close to it (AA3 etc) who play alot of (blood) aggro

Currently in AA0-AA1 sort of area. I've only been playing one deck (blood aggro) and trying to get to Masters. Only been playing for a little under 3 weeks but I'm finding I'm starting to have trouble making progress. Every third game seems to be against Elana or Guardian haven which I can't beat because they outheal me and I run out of cards to draw. I will rarely get a win against them. I can sometimes beat Faeries but if they play a Fairy Beast I pretty much have to concede, again it's the same with healing Haven in that I can rarely win against them, but most of the time I lose if they drop Fairy beast. I can beat most other Fairy decks especially if I go first. I also have trouble with Control Blood but I'm pretty sure that's impossible to win unless they majorly screw up and not many people play that.

I can fairly consistently beat Sword aggro and control, non-dirt Rune, Shadow (especially shadow aggro and nep), Dragon (apart from Saha Ramp) and Storm Haven. I'm about 50/50 against dirt Rune.

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to get to masters playing my single deck. Meta shakeup will arrive in a few days so I might be able to take advantage of that while everyone's trying out janky stuff. People say that #1 master score player got to masters only playing blood aggro but I get the impression that was when there was less of a centralized meta. Is there anything I can do to improve or am I just relying on getting favorable matchups and coinflips until I eventually hit masters, I feel like it'll happen as I usually beat players who are higher rank than me but then lose to lower ranks who are playing unfavorable matchups.

Part of the "skill" in card games is learning to read the meta and making relevant tech/deck switches when it's called for. Climbing all the way running a single deck is more reliant on the meta being in a particular state rather than player skill piloting that specific deck.

2578 Nep actually became my favourite deck. It has the capability to play aggressive against Dshift, Seraph, ER, etc. But it also won't just run out of steam n the lategame like a traditional aggro deck

They seem to want to incentivize logging in once a day for an hour or so as opposed to playing lots of hours. They give away lots of stuff, but rewards for playing a lot are almost nonexistent. Dire Wolf Digital does basically the opposite: login rewards are shit and no giveaways, but every 3 wins you can get any card in the game, including legendaries.
Then again I may be misinterpreting this, maybe they're not incentivizing anything so much as just matching how japs play their games (a little every day, on the way to work, on phones).

What I feel frustrated about when playing those is that sometimes as DShift, you really need to draw DShift early or else you dont have the combo ready and it does worse against Aggro in general

Meanwhile for Silver Bolt, it feels like actually winning using Silver Bolt feels like a crapshoot since its quite possible for you to not have 9 cards in hand due to having to use your fairies for effects and all that

It's very useful if you're playing against aggro. A 2pp drop, 3pp removal, and a Goblinmount. You want that in hand (although I'd still mulligan away the Goblinmount for even more 2pp and 3pp)

It's also good against Control when you use Nephthys, because then she might throw away a Goblinmount instead of Cerberus, and you generally want those Cerbs for the extra reach
