max aura, then firestorm then pit, ult at 6 12 and 18 as per usual. Depending on who you're laning against, start with aura if you want the early damage boost, firestorm if you want to scare the other dude away from your creeps. Still playing around with items, but you'll want to end up with BoT, Abyssal Blade or Silver Edge depending on how fast your opponents react and whether or not they're smart enough to smoke gank. AC, and Echo sabre to take advantage of his atrophy aura damage boost Underlord has shit attack speed.

Single Draft is fun for making you play heroes you wouldn't otherwise though. I ended up with Satanic and Vlads because I needed buyback and could never get enough for a full 6th item and I went Deso first. 18 minute Deso was pretty shit but I had to lane against QoP in mid and it was difficult to last hit without ferrying in salves or using my Q on creeps.
That and I forgot how weak her base damage is at the start so I had a few CS lul moments.

Is support arc warden actually viable generally? I just played a game as one against offlane sniper (t. 2.9k bracket) and managed to zone him pretty hard with flux, and throughout the game I was protecting my team with magnetic field against their ranged carries (sniper + TA). I went solar crest, then got travels so I could be in multiple places at once, then got glimmer.

Should this kind of setup work well enough usually?

Pugna is a crazy glass cannon and you have to be very careful about positioning, but they can put out a crazy amount of damage and push like crazy if the other team doesn't take you seriously. If you haven't been doing it so far, I'd consider picking up a Dagon on Pugna since it works great with decrep.
