Alarak needs more survivability. As it is now, he's the only melee assassin with no real way to keep himself in a fight. All the others have healing, shields generation, or stealth to stay alive. Alarak only has a tiny heal from his lightning.

Medivh has a lower winrate than Probius.

Medivh and Abathur are both difficult to play specialists that can be extremely powerful in the hands of a skilled player and in the right team. It looks like this description doesn't apply to Probius, which is therefore clearly the worst hero in the game.

Cho'gall also has a very low winrate currently, but that's probably because many players that know nothing about him are playing him just to get the hero for free.

Have you played with anyone low ranked before, like ACTUAL Bronze and Silvers? I did so at the end of last season to grind out TL placements, I just partied with anyone from general chat.

Let me tell you, it is a world of difference. I saw shit that was incredible: supports trying to solo a boss, people dying to tower shots while trying to kill minions, stealths breaking stealth to attack minions while an enemy is in the lane. I saw an Artanis repeatedly trying to swap siege giants while trying to do a merc camp, it was crazy in low rank

I definitely agree with this, and the team was mostly pretty efficient about soaking exp which I was pleasantly surprised about, and we consistently had about a 1-2 level advantage over the enemy team for most of the game.

The problem is is that is was 18 minutes in and both teams were level 20, and Li-Li is STILL solo-splitpushing lanes while there's a big deathball teamfight bot that she waits until we've already lost before she comes down to contribute and then instantly die.

I wasn't paying much attention to Morales so I can't really say how they did outside her focusing mostly on Valla with the ult(which is fine). The only other annoyance I had all game was twice when me and Diablo would get a pick on an out of place squishy, and I'd charge in, only for Diablo to push them back(and not into a wall) after I stun them, so the stun's worn off by the time I've waddled back into melee range of them.

But like I said, that only happened twice, so I can't complain TOO much about it.

I don't think a builder works as well in HotS because of the EXP dynamic.
A builder unit is very likely to include at least 1 minion spawning or otherwise auto-pushing building.
In HotS, this building just gets free value because (I don't think) hero summons provide EXP and it would be slightly unfair (although could be rectifiable with the builder providing less than usual EXP?) as the enemy team would likely gain more EXP than the auto-pushing building soaked making it a net loss in EXP and thus putting your whole team behind.

In DotA on the other hand, hero summons generally give gold. It'd be a lot more "balanced" to give individual gold for clearing your auto-pushing buildings since, while there's likely still net loss, it's not the entire enemy team getting more powerful.

Fuck, I legitimately thought that was me until I saw that he took Guillotine. This is exactly how most games have been going since patch day.

The solution to all Probius problems:
Remove the limit on the number of existing pylons and make the cannons have an indefinite lifespawn. Remove pylons and cannons CD. Make minerals pop baseline at completely random locations and add a mineral cost to pylons and cannons. Level 20 pylon overcharge upgrade now reduces pylons mineral cost and CD rather than adding a third possible existing pylon. The talent increasing the lifespawn of cannon now instead reduces their mana cost. Increase a lot the mana cost of the two burst damage abilities. Aaaand done, nothing else needs to be changed. This way, Probius is a real builder hero, NOT a useless hero, AND NOT a burst damage hero, even though he can be built into kind of one.

Li Li's definitely below average in performance versus other supports.
Basically useless in competitive if the team is not auto attack focused. What can Blizzard even do to make her better? Removing herbal cleansing made adding more negative effects in the game for newer heroes possible. Giving her cleanse just sucks. Having the orb gathering quest require 25 makes it pointless on some maps. The nerf to her lvl 20 hustle from 200% to 150% felt fine.

Ok so now this game finally has my attention. Spoonfeed me, /hotsg/. Is it worth getting into for Cheerleader Kerrigan? I think I tried playing it like a year or 2 ago trying to unlock her but it felt like it took longer for her than it did for Miss Fortune in LoL. I think it was because LoL always had at least one or two decent free trial waifu champions to play as while I was farming for her.

Is it any better nowadays? All I remember was Kerrigan, Nova, and maybe one or two more waifu characters from WoW or Diablo, and none of them were playable at the time, but I didn't play any of those games except for Starcraft so I didn't feel motivated to continue. And then the game forced you to play other heroes if you wanted to get more gold which sucked. I hate the goofy joke characters like the gnomes and Pandas. Don't find them appealing.

Medivh (gets 30 armor baseline)
Abathur (gets 30 armor and +30% AA damage baseline)
TLV (get 30 armor and +30% AA damage baseline)
Murky
Cho (even if noone picks Gall, in which case Chos are just big fattys)
Gall (if more Galls than Chos, several Galls on a single Cho; if no Cho, linked to a random hero of the team as if he was Cho, in which case Gall's passive will stay active at all times; the game will never suggest Gall to all players of the same team, but in case everyone is the same hero, a random number of players will get Cho, minimum 1 per team, and the rest Gall)
Maybe also Probius, Rexxar and/or Samuro, I'm not sure

I'm... not completely sure what you mean by better. If you are asking whether or not Kerrigan is fun then yes, I do find her fun to play.
She shouldn't be too hard to get with Gold coins either but no, she won't be available right from the start and neither will Nova.

Menagerie of the Storm:

Co-op brawl where the 10 players are pitted against the Dragon Knight, Garden Terror, Skull Golem, Lost Viking, the three Spider Queen servants and Blackheart's Ship.

The boss is chosen at random at the start of each round.

They have seriously increased damage and new abilities.

If a player dies, they cannot respawn until all other players die or they are resurrected.

The team that deals the most damage wins the round.

Play as one of the many big beefy objectives, be their merc bosses, things like the Angel/Demon and the Grave Golem, or ones like Dragon Knight and Garden Terror. The pilotable ones have expanded kits and the others have ones made from scratch.

Also funfact, Gullotine (The not Taz Dingo ult on zuljin) at 1 health and level 30 does 5106 damage.
