No, "Data Transfer" just means linking your shit to your Konami ID. Data Transfer on the device you have all your stuff on, sign up to Konami then on your other devices you just log in through the settings menu in-game. It syncs your cards and progress automatically when you launch the game.

You can unlock Mako Tsunami who has an Umi Field Card skill as well as Water Monster level up rewards and drops.

Yes it's only 3 zones, but it's fine. 20 card decks, 4000LP, 3 card zones. Basically everything is halved just to cut down the time each match takes, the cards in this game are slow anyway so it balances it out.

They've said that packs may return in the future, but obviously the game hasn't been out long enough for us to judge when they'd bring them back. You can still get cards from Ultimate Rising and Age of Discovery as reward cards during events (you pick your reward card), though it's nowhere near as convenient as buying a pack.

don't pay attention to the other anon. The reason you don't buy Age of Discovery is because almost anything on that pack caters towards Water decks. It's crippling overspecialization. You're not going to be able to buy anything else, and Water.dek is fucking outclassed by Mai.dek and Relinquished.dek at high levels.

Meanwhile, Ultimate Rising has staples such as Twister, Kuriboh, Shard of Greed for Cerberus farming, Sonic Bird for ritual decks and 4-Starred Ladybug of Doom to counter beatdown decks.

As best they can. Of the characters available now, Weevil, Mako and Odion use similar sounding replacements. Everyone else is from the original.

Keep in mind all of these people are literally whos who never did anything after 4kids. The only one who actually made it to real dubs was Sam Riegal who does Rex Raptor. Which is amusing since he only did Rex in the first season. Mako was never seen again after battle city so I can't even remember his dub voice, and I'm actually not 100% sure if Odion is a replacement or not. The only one that sounds off is Weevil, mostly because he had a really distinct, cheesy voice in the dub. Personally I'm astounded they were able to round up as many as they did.

During duels each character says basic stuff in their manner of speaking, such as its my turn/i summon a monster/I activate a trap. If you use cards a specific character used frequently in the anime they will also speak unique dialog about that card specifically. So if you summon Slot Machine with Keith for example, he actually says "I summon Slot Machine!" Instead of just I summon a monster.

It's a gacha game. There can, and will, be power creep. Sure there is the off chance they released cards that are too good, and subsequent packs won't be but.

10000 is the gem cap by the way, after that it starts gathering in your gift box with a one month limit.

I just dueled him and I used my generic Cerberus deck. Alchemist Red Enchanter can be a bit of a problem, and him using Wonder Wand all the time made me worry that I could've had not decked out before attacking him with Cerberus.
So, just keep Enchanter in check and make sure your life points are low, so he keep recycling Magical Blast.
Mind you that Yugi's AI is dumb enough to set spell counters in your Cerberus.

I got 7900 because I couldn't use my last foil card (enchanted Javelin). At least now I have a foil Magical Blast.
But it's safer to assume that you get like at least 6000, I guess.
Try to have as many foil, glossy and prismatic cards since they stack. Right now I have 11 foil and 1 prismatic, so I get at least 1300 points if I manage to use them all.

But if you meant legendary duelists, you can use it on Yugi, Joey (although don't get Time Wizard'd), Tea, Mai, Weevil, Rex and Odion pretty well.

Also you dont have to use Senjus/Sonic Birds, so you're free to use other cards.
Removing cards from play means that it calso has synergy with all the cards that banish that we're getting.

Threw this together is a few minutes; can easily be made better.

For Level 40, Ready for Intercepting is very useful to counter his buffed Cerberus and Silent Magicians. Gravity Axe - Grarl is nice to to keep your opponent's monsters facedown with Ready for Intercepting, then use Stop Defense at the end to maximize attack.
