I tried destroying the Al-lumiraj using Master Peace quick effect for fun but it actually works: Al-lumiraj is sent to grave, leaving Dimensional Guardian behind. So why Al-lumiraj leave but Dimensional Guardian stay? Here's quick reminder of effects:

I use both due to Dimension Dragon Autism. OERaging has a better proper summon effect, but thing is you barely ever summon one of those properly. OERebellion on the other hand, in an emergency involving Absolute Dragon, that summons those right away from the extra deck, is better.
