One of my longest game was against a shadow player who managed to get 2 or 3 Mordecais out. This was by turn like 10-12. He didn't kill me, he just kept clearing my board turn after turn and I didn't concede for 30 turns or so. Those are card costs. Nepthys will always pull followers of 4 different costs when you play her on an empty board. That means that, by only playing followers of 4 different costs in your deck, you can make your Nep always pull a Mordecai, for example, by making him the only non-Nep 8 drop in your deck.
A 2578 Nep deck is a deck that only plays followers that cost 2pp, 5pp, Khawy (7pp) and Mordecai (8pp).

You have to go through every scenario that can kill you as you dip low and often times you have to use that removal right before you rev just to heal so you don't die.

It requires more knowledge of the classes you're playing against than every other deck in the game.

The other classes are more straightforward since their healing isn't also their removal. Haven never has to think about using double blackened before Themis being the difference between them living.

is anyone else just extremely burnt on this game? After like 3k games, games are decided not by skill, but by complete luck. All decks are easy as fuck to autopilot and the ranking system is complete garbage (face your counter to artifically force a 50/50 winrate.)

We're talking about actual decks though, not fringe tier 3 that has never seen any real play. CBlood might be a meme, and aggro Blood might be the easiest deck in the game to counter, but fucking mid Blood is a pure meme spouted by hipsters or people who don't even play the fucking class.

Blood already had a 4 mana storm for 7, the card is beyond redundant. Having +1 or +2 attack every blue moon where your board isn't cleared doesn't make the card worth an entire mana point over Imp Lancer for just 1 stat point, and isn't worth losing an emergency +4 hp for 3 health on it. Health on a fucking storm follower is worthless to begin with, you don't trade with storms. Only good beefy storms are ones that come out early, like fucking Albert, where the only viable answer is hard DoD.

Alucard is squishy and outside of Vengeance he sucks, having more health is good for when you need to remove a target and the hungering horde synergy against certain decks is just icing on the cake. You get rid of the situational heal for a follower that doesn't die to fucking Odin.

Warfiend has the card draw and +1 attack going for it but you lose the utility of going face.

Skepticism is fine, but it's conceptually no different from other aggro decks: you grind quick games and win more than 50% of the time for the most part.
