Chapter 15 is meant to be one big relief chapter after Anri's Way. So it's been stocked with just about every player-beneficial mechanic you could think of. For example, it has more droppable items than any other level in both books, and it gives you two very useful units midway through them. Est is Est, and Abel is at level 1 with better bases than even Sirius.
