Yes, water really is the worst element. But it isn't the worst by much and Kat+Altair is great. There's no reason to reroll into another one now that we're in KMR's rainbow meta anyway.

Since they're both elemental resistance, they probably just don't stack with buncles. A permanent defensive buncle effect is pretty strong though, since it means you don't have to bring off element SR buncles. It would kill SSR buncles though.

Great if you have a full pool, otherwise Arriet needs to be replaced. She's great with both of them, but without the pool you are missing needed defense to survive shit.

This is my current setup and it works wonders since my guns aren't MLB'd yet.
