It really gave a creepy, alien vibe to the whole atmosphere, especially when you start tp figure out that it's basically a dialect of english - you've been asleep for so long that language has changed around you. You were very much a relic of the past, the system was no longer your home.

It almost kind of felt like the NPCs that DID speak proper english did so because they learned it in their studies, like one would with latin - Salad specialized in selling tenno shit so he was fluent, Ruk was in the same field but less educated so he could barely get by with halting phrases, Vor was just an old soldier so he didnt speak a lick.

Since magnitize detonate damage increases only when you deal damage to things inside, you have to have a large enough range to get a lot of things in it. I had 20 lvl 135 Fusion Moas and a supra with +damage +multi riven. Cast it in the middle and pumped it full of damage. All the moas and their drones added to it as well.

Its one of the 4 infinitely scaling abilities, so the higher the level enemies, the more damage it does.

it was unique being the only (player) weapon in the game to deal a unique form of damage (laser or plasma, can't remember what they called it) and was the only weapon with perfect accuracy.

It was hot garbage on launch though since it was accidentally given corpus rifleman base stats (so it did 3 damage a shot) and has a slow as fuck travel time. they bug fixed the damage though and it did a decent amount of damage afterwards and they ended up doubling the flight speed a month or so after release.
It was probably the best non AP rifle in the game. it being non AP made it nonviable for prolonged defense/survival missions though.

Riven mods. Randomly generated mods for exclusively one randomly determined weapon family (prime, wraith, vandal, prisma, vanilla etc...). They are a random reward from Sorties (the daily quests).

the purple mods are rivens. if you finish the war within, the most recent cinematic quest, you get one and can hope to be rewarded with more from sorties. they have a randomly generated requirement to "unveil" the stats they give. each one corresponds to a random gun from the given category, grants up to 3 beneficial effects and up to one negative effect, all randomly selected from a pool, and can be rerolled for different random effects. the numbers for each effect aren't fixed, so when you roll how good each effect is is random as well, you could roll the exact same stats with lower or higher numbers. enjoy your tiny nuggets of pure RNG.
