He is a 1.75x for two class. Who exactly does he makes really irrelevant here? For slasher, both Zoro are as good and have different uses anyway (2 turn boost, or 2x boost).There was no other slasher booster except those two (Koza and Kuina were trash from the start anyway). For Free spirit, you have a 1.75x booster for 10 turns too and F2P (Apoo), or Sabo 6+ if you need a 2x Boost.He is not a straight upgrade to anyone, he just bring something those two class didn't have, a short CD boost.
Is he a strong character? Sure. Just like 3D2Y Zoro is. That does not means it's powercreep here.

The fact that TS Franky is a 2xOrb booster does not make anyone obsolete. Outside of Psy team you can't use him, so you'll use doffy. For Psy team? Like I said, you don't always need a 2x boost. Senor pink shorter CD and self orb manipulation might be more useful. Senor pink is also usable in other type of team (FS and fighter).

Currently on japan, outside of a sugofest, rates are : 2.989% for 5 stars, 42.102% for 4 stars and 55% for 3 stars.
So you're more likely to get silvers outside of sugo.

Pic related are the rate they've got for the last sugo and explanation of how it works. As you can see doing what >>169929193 say is stupid as fuck, because you'll just end up with a shit tons of dupe.

Best strategy is pulling during sugo only and when the unit you want are rated up.

It makes a difference, but it's basically pull if you like the rate boosts, don't pull if you don't.

I've updated the list, and the form along with it. Here's some of the changes i've made to the list so that people can easily find what friends they want to add:

This is a chart made to easily find out who owns what legend, so that you may prioritize or cherry pick your friends. Super-evo versions of legends are placed at the end of that chart for organization.
"Description / Other useful captains" column moved to the right of the chart to compensate.
"Legends" column removed, replaced with Legend Chart.

All features on the Global List apply to the Japan List. Since less people on /opgg/ play the Japanese version, I will not closely monitor the activity of the japan list. I will instead, however, keep every name and update the Legend Chart.

Lafitte is fantastic for fortnights. 100 ATK to all units if your captain is driven. Base attack, too, so this 100 is affected by multipliers. Also counters badly matching orbs sweeps which pop up occasionally during fortnights, although 14 turns is too slow and his books are a long way away.

Dellinger is great. 2.25x with TND/meat matching effects actually mathematically do more average damage per turn than even 3x captains. The downside of course is that their multiplier is lower during bursts where you'd force matching orbs anyway. His special is handy for powerhouse teams and starts at a usable cooldown. If you have another powerhouse captain though he's not very important as you can get the orb effect from friend captains while using a captain with a higher multiplier.

Izo has niche uses against QCK content under Croc, Blackbeard, and Ace. Wouldn't bother leveling him if you don't have any of them.

Giolla is shit. Perona exists and scenarios where you need two turns are rare.

Kyros is okay if you're lacking orb manipulators but he won't see much use in the long run.
