I only ever played as Male Shepard after beating the whole trilogy multiple times but just very recently started a playthrough as Fem Shep. I skipped ME1 and went straight to 2, but so far I'm loving her.

Tali's loyalty mission is one instance that stands out as being far above anything Male Shepard does, but I still think Male Shepard is great.

If you've never played as her I'd definitely give it a try just so you can experience both of them.

i think it works well for a more easy going shepard. my shep was a pretty stone cold bitch and the renegade romance path with kaidan worked really well with that. i totally got why he didn't trust her in me2 and half of me3 for example. i imagine if you're a paragon romancing kaidan that's pretty fucking annoying.

So, anyone know what the squad powers will be and what they replaced war with? I pretty much played ME 2 with just 5 powers (Singularity, warp, throw, pull, and barrier) and ME 3 with just 3 (warp, throw, d matrix). So I am pretty much just looking for a third power to go with pull and throw for Andromeda.

Not totally sure if I understand the question, but your squad members still have powers, you juts don't control them personally anymore.

And ammo powers don't exist anymore, they're not consumables and only last for a set amount of reloads before you revert to standard rounds.

Also as far as what to pair with Pull and Throw... well, the sky is the limit? You could take a cloak and be a cloaking adept? Something like Overload to strip shields? Singularity to prime explosions and crowd control? Barricade to give you somewhere to bunker down and toss your Throws from?
