It's not that they were hard, I would've loved if they were hard, it's that they were all artificially extended by double, or in the last fight, triple health bars, there's a fight where the boss gets one hit dodge every turn, there's a fight where a ghost full heals after np, all the bar fights if you're left with a enemy with a purple bar at 300 even if you hit them with 500k worth of damage only 300 matters, and in the fights where there's multiple, a 300 and a 300k enemy, you can't finish the 300 unless you aoe or waste a entire turn because servants won't switch to the other target and the break doesn't happen until your turn ends.

There are a lot where there just aren't a whole lot of people in FGO who would care. Like, who cares that Emperor Nero is a woman when she's the most recent Roman Servant in the game? And she lived pretty late in Rome's history so it's not like there are a ton of potential Servants that would care.

And as said before, Arturia has the opposite problem where tons of Servants should be commenting on it but it would get tedious and boring, and the player doesn't care at this point because she's been genderbent for like thirteen years now.

I'd say that some of the Japanese Servants could stand to comment on the other Japanese Servants that are genderbent but there are honestly so many genderbent Japanese Servants that I could just imagine Okita, Nobu, Ushi, and Raikou all just saying "Oh, you too huh?" when they met Musashi for the first time.
