I just finished Path of Radiance. Was Black Knight actually stronger than Ashnard all along? I just had to play it smart like every other boss instead of hoping Aether triggers.
Also, it felt like the game wanted to do more stuff with itself but decided to drop it in the end. Then again, Radiant Dawn exists so maybe it was always intended to be a bit inconclusive to set up the sequel.

I would definitely jump at the chance to say that Death Blow and Glacies with a Brave weapon is pretty good, and Quick Riposte is still great even though Brave weapons don't specialize in that.
But man, 150. Even my -atk Camilla is 160.

That doesn't happen though. Her damage output is lacking unless she has +atk, but at the same time she gets doubled too much while being unable to double anything else without +spd. In truth she at least needs either an atk buff or a spd buff to her base stats, but that'll never happen so she's always going to be lacking no matter what.
It would have been better if she had less defenses actually. Having average defense and decent res doesn't help when she gets doubled so much. I'd have rather she had lower defense but higher speed/attack. Would have went a long way to helping her, instead of her getting fucked in the ass harder than arguably any other 4/5* unit.

Gameplay-wise I found Ashnard way below BK, since he had a hit chance lower than 40 on Ike as opposed to BK's 80. BK also had Luna to worry about, while I didn't need to be aware of Ashnard's skills at all.

I don't know how they would balance it compared to bows, magic and hidden weapons though. Maybe guns could not shoot over allied units and could not shoot through walls? Maybe they could do more damage but have some kind of reload mechanic? I think the biggest problem with guns is not their implementation in FE's fantasy setting but moreso how they could be balanced. They would need to be useful while not rendering everything else useless.

Depending how they record syncing with the server any account that edited game files to 'hack' might be banned, but otherwise it's unlikely they will ban accounts just for playing on a rooted device/emulator. More likely they will just make the app unable to run on rooted devices and emulators, which will prevent most 'hacking'. You're likely editing the wrong number/hex and I think I know where. The step where it says to change the next hex dsword to 5. After finding the 1st address, I subtract 74 from it in Hex and get a new address. Then I find that new address, and then edit the Dword in the entry directly below that that ends in 0 by adding to the number by the amount of stars I want to go up. I was following this:

I don't believe so, no.
1. I get Hex#1 via favorite/unfavorite
2. Subtract 74 from Hex#1 number to get Hex#2
3. Scroll up to find Hex#2, but select the entry directly under it that ends in 0.
4. Edit Dword of this entry to increase unit to 5* (EX. 2* Anna, Dword=123456 so new Dword=123459)
5. Back out of Allies tab, go back into Allies tab, go into any menu there to see my fresh 5* Anna.
6. If I try to unequipped then reequip one of Anna's skills at this point, the game crashes.

Sure you can post it. The one I followed was simple and worked earlier without issues so I don't know why it is crashing now when I'm doing the same steps. Here's what I was following in full:
Go to Level Up, hold-click the character to open stats. Check if favorited or unfavorited. Go to GG, search by byte for 100 (favorited) or 101 (unfavorited). Wait a very long time. GG will minimize automatically. Unfavorite or favorite the unit, then refine the search with the new value. Repeat until only 1 to 4 values show; the one with the location ending in 0 is the correct one. Hold-click it, jump to. Open your Windows Calculator, change to Programmer view. Choose Hex on the left, type the location, subtract 64, hit enter; scroll up to the new location you're given (should be pretty close). You might want to type the new location somewhere too, because it's not conveniently highlighted and I forget it every fucking time. Click the new location, click Dword. Go to calculator, click Dec on the left, and type the Dword value it gives you (without the commas). Then click Hex (it converts it), then click Xor, click A, hit enter or click =. Type the new Dword into the GG window; you should only have to change the last one or two characters. Hit Yes. This gives +10 merge, but you need to level the character up to both make the new stats display and make it actually sync with the server.

How to change rarity (DWORD, GG way)

4.Copy that HEX number in a notepad. Open the windows calculator. Put the calculator on programming function.

6.Subtract 10 from the second HEX you have. You'll get another HEX number. Copy it in your notepad (this is the rarity changer).
7.Back to GG. Find the "go to" button. Type in the 3rd HEX you've got. Pay attention.
8.Edit this HEX to 0 (zero) on DWORD. Edit the HEX BELOW to this one to 5 on DWORD.
9.Get back in the game and equip/unequip a skill.

Using me is a bad example, because I'm not hacking, I'm merely watching others do it. So far, the places where all the real work is being done have successfully "replaced" their units with ones encountered in battle, and have managed to keep them, if that's what you're asking.

I browsed some of the "cheating" sites and it seems that these people have not only figured out how to get unlimited SP, change rarity of units, change feather/badges/crystals, they also figured out how to duplicate enemy units not only in PvE but also in Arena as well. This is simply unacceptable. Let's say that even as a F2P player, are you content on seeing all your progress since the start of the game become meaningless because of hackers? I know I will not spent a penny more on this game until this issue has been addressed. We as a community have an obligation to stop hacking that hampers the growth of this game. 8. Open memory browser, copy D into B-118 to B-1.
9. Exit stat screen, if shell unit turned red then it is finished.
10. Complete battle then sync shell unit with server
11. Restart client.

Not all of the games are connected. There are a few different continents, most have 2 games. There's no way to really say when most of the games take place in relation to the other ones, except Awakening takes place after most of them.
FE1 (FE11 is a remake)
FE2 (different continent with some shared characters, Echoes is a remake of this)
FE3 (FE12 is a remake)
FE4
FE5
FE7 (prequel)
FE6
FE8 (not connected to any other game)
FE9
FE10
Awakening happens after the other games, it's the same area FE1-3 took place in.
Fates is a different continent, takes place before Awakening but there are timeline and interdimensional portal shenanigans that have some Awakening characters show up after their game. Don't think about it.

There isn't really a cronological order, as there are four or five different continents.
The longest string (and the one with Marth in it) goes: First Half of FE4, 776, Second Half of FE4, FE1/11, Gaiden/Shadows, FE3/12, and then Awakening.
Most people say Blazing Sword (or just Fire Emblem) is the best to start with, but I would say Sacred Stones is. It's easier, and more of a mix between the newer and older games.

I've got 20k feathers and need to upgrade someone, but would Roy/Takumix2/Camilla be a better team? From his moveset Roy looks really good at tanking, and all I need is for someone to survive a hit or two so my Takus can put in work. Camilla gets put in over Fae to kill Robin because terrain is a bitch.
Alternatively upgrade Nowi because her art is pretty but I don't know how to squeeze her in.
